IoD North West Director of the Year Finalists announced

The region's top business and public sector leaders have been revealed as finalists in the Institute of Directors' 2015 North West Director of the Year Awards.
We are delighted that Marl's Managing Director, Adrian Rawlinson, has been shortlised for Director of the Year for a Small to Medium Company.
Some of the shortlisted finalists include pharmaceutical innovator Richard Anderson of Crawford healthcare, Manchester Airport Group's non-executive director Vanda Murray, PR professional Sandy Lindsay and Jim Nicholson, who led the taking private of his family business, Pochin, as he celebrated its 80th birthday.
Geographically and industrially diverse - the finalists cover sectors including creative, pharmaceutical, property, transportation and social enterprise. The group represents businesses spread right across the region including Cheshire, Manchester, Cumbria, Merseyside and Lancashire.
The shortlist comprises categories including director of the year in science and innovation, corporate responsibility, family business, global director and young director.

Winners will be revealed on the 25th of February 2015 at the Midland Hotel, Manchester.
