Sian Athersmith, Purchasing Administrator, has been with Marl for 18 months after joining the team in 2015.
An experienced Administrator, Sian studied at Kendal College gaining a Level 3 BTEC Diploma in Business and Administration, and previously worked at a local branch of an international car manufacturer as Service Administrator; Sian certainly hit the ground running in her busy role here at Marl.
Sian is a real team player and works closely with colleagues to achieve the best result in any task.

We asked Sian to tell us more about her role:
"When I arrive at the office in the morning I make myself a coffee before working through my emails to get ready for the busy day ahead.
I particularly enjoy acting as a problem solver for any internal supply issues, (nearly always) getting a positive result! My favourite part of my role is building relationships with suppliers from all around the world.
I have a great team around me; it's a pleasure to work with my lovely colleagues."
