Low Profile Cove Lighting
MARL has designed and developed a new system of high quality, low maintenance, modular cove lighting with optional battery backup.
The sleek, low profile modular system allows for a great deal of flexibility, enabling it to be fitted almost anywhere without interference or loss of headroom. The lighting comes in lengths of 30cm, 55cm, 70cm, 90cm and 1.2m as standard, with custom lengths available to fit bespoke room layouts. The through-wired design allows for daisy chaining to create longer lengths. Straight brackets are available for Inside and outside brackets are available for connecting around corners.
High quality Nichia LEDs are fitted internally to provide a pleasing, uniform light output.
The system can be made resistant to power interruptions: for the standard version, a secondary feed can be connected to the 230Vac power supply, which will be automatically used upon failure of the primary feed. Alternatively, maintained or non-maintained battery backed up versions of the luminaires are available utilising the same high-quality LEDs for up to 3 hours of emergency operation.
